Please dont trust them. Booked through Ms. Lakshmi, Ms. Mini for a wedding in kodai and the team headed by Ms. lakshmi charged a arm and leg and provided such bad service. She said she will talk to her "sir" and get back and that "sir" asked me from Chennai to get free service in Dindigul. Kodai destination wedding was a one time event, now "sir" and his team expects me to spend another 10k for travel to get their "making for their bad service - money free services". She made me pau full money before hand and the moment I paid she sent a different inexperienced team of girls Ms. Kanmani and co. instead of the experienced stylist whom I met and was booked by me for my event, where only kanamani worked and the other one stood like a statue getting us all super late for our brother's wedding. I am usually very accommodative of people but this team's behavior was entirely different before and after payment. I was not informed that the makeup team was gonna be replaced by people different than whom I booked anytime before payment, I was constantly in tough with Ms. Lakshmi everyday for a month ahead of time. Yet, the moment she got the final payment from me she texts me a different contact number who was gonna be sent. That was very shady and I felt completely disappointed and played. Added to that the new swaped team reached Kodai at 12.30 past midnight and failed to deliver half of their promised job. Thus sareee pleating wasnt done and hair extension wasnt used which I was charged for in 36k. Wrong shade foundation was used, no sunscreen was applied and we were all tanned. After charging us for premium service this team couldn't even bring a sunscreen spray that was basic 101 for a kodai outdoor wedding.
