Phoenix family salon & bridal studio

I recently visited this salon and had a wonderful experience. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, taking the time to ask about my needs since it was my first visit. They patiently explained all the services that would suit me, which I really appreciated. I came in for a haircut and hair coloring, and the stylist was highly professional and attentive. They gave me a great haircut and used high-quality hair color. After a short wait, the stylist also gave me a thorough hair wash. The entire experience was enjoyable, and I was impressed by how professionally run the salon is. It's also exceptionally clean and hygienic--definitely a place I'd recommend!

One of the worst experiences today . I did my haircut today afternoon. The barber was good when starting and the fade he did was quite good too but after that I told him to short the upper head but he cut off literally everything until my scalp is visible while cutting he didn't even ask is the length of the hair is ok. Although he was a Tamil person. Expected much much from phoenix though o travel literally 50km for this haircut every 20 days . Do ask the customer is this length ok before cutting. Have to improve ! Not happy for 300 Rs !!
