Worst service ever I have ever had Staff does not knows to cut the layer cut and scolding us in their language

To- Business Owner If you really care about your customer, I would request you to Pls visit your salon in BT nagar Kolapakkam. The branch has become Good to bad to worst solely because of your STAFF. You really need to look into this. I lost half of my hair in the drying process as the executive didn't have any idea and was unapologetic about it. I didn't want to pay but again I wanted to be empathetic. Humble request atleast look into the reviews and improvise your service

Worst place... However it was not like that before but today very bad. When I went for waxing no one in counter then all staff busy with doing service for themselves and when I asked about the services I want the staff told me to wait as she wanted to eat breakfast and have tea. However I even waited but the parlour was so dirty and unhygienic all used towels on chairs and waxing room pathetic I wanted to post even pics but refraining myself from it. I left the parlour without taking a service.

Hi ... went for my head massage really enjoyed and loved the services given by Sonam nice massage she have some magic in her hands... On small suggestion keep someone for reception because we wait for long both of them in service while we think to return she came and talk to us ... Apart from that everything is great

Worst experienced. Staff is very rude. Staff is openly asking us to complain to the management and giving management number. When contacted the management, they are not properly answering and supporting the clients. Totally waste and pathetic experience.

Had a hair cut at the salon..the service is very good .only issue is with the styling brush apart from that good experience
