I believe in the salon's potential, but my recent experience didn't meet even the basic expectations. I hope this feedback helps bring a positive change. I visited your salon as a new mom, hoping to feel refreshed and regain some confidence. I've seen Tamilselvi ma'am's skilled makeover videos and had high hopes. But my experience at the branch was disheartening. Being from Tamil Nadu, I expected at least one person to understand Tamil or basic English. But I struggled to explain my needs in broken Hindi and simple English. No one made an effort to understand me or give a warm welcome. After a delay, one lady came, and I somehow explained my concerns. During the hair wash, I felt more tension than relaxation. Due to frizz and tangles, the staff showed reluctance instead of offering basic care. No one assisted the person who washed my hair. The stylist even skipped the haircut and left, which made me feel dismissed. Eventually, a new joinee helped with the cut, but there was no effort to bring a smile or make me feel better. The only time I was clearly spoken to was when the team tried to sell products. As a new mom, I didn't expect luxury--just basic empathy and attention. Please consider hiring at least one regional or multilingual staff member at every branch to reduce communication gaps and ensure a more welcoming environment.

Shiva has performed excellent service , with utmost patience and kind . It was 5 hrs of Botox treatment but he did it with care and engaged me with every single detail about the process and maintain further. Highly recommend
