I recently had such a positive experience at a salon. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The stylist listened carefully to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed during the entire appointment. The final result was even better than I had hoped for. I'm so happy with my new look. I will definitely be returning to this salon in the future. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great salon experience.

I recently visited Essensuals by Toni&Guy for a hair botox treatment, which I was told would last up to 6 months. Unfortunately, after just 3 days, my hair started to revert to its curly texture, specifically at the back. I was really disappointed because I had high hopes for this treatment and expected much better results. When I reached out to the salon for assistance, they claimed the issue was due to me using a different shampoo. The problem is, I didn't even wash my hair with Shampoo at all during that time, so that excuse didn't make sense. It felt like they were just trying to shift the blame rather than offer a real solution. It's frustrating to spend a lot of money on a treatment that didn't work as promised, and even more frustrating when the salon isn't willing to take responsibility or help resolve the issue. Based on this experience, I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this salon for hair botox treatments ever.

Very pathetic place. Got hair spa service and purchased products that they forced me to buy. Rahul charged me around 10k INR but never provided any bill/receipt. He mentioned that the printer wasn't working and i would get the bill via WhatsApp. It's been almost a month now, i haven't received it yet. Upon asking him multiple times, he just cooks up some stories. They are clearly cheating people. Services are very poor too. They belittle you and your choices here. They should cancel this location franchise.

Hospitality is really good. The way the take care of the customer is really excellent. We did hair spa and facial. It's worth to pay.

We were new to that area, so we were quite sceptical but the way they welcomed us and detailed explanation about the services were too good and while coming out we were fully satisfied.
