Had a long layer cut and hair colouring at green trends. Had a great experience. Happy with the service. My hair looks fantastic. Today, April 25, 2025, at exactly 9:00 AM, I visited this salon after checking Google, which listed its opening time as 8:00 AM. Upon arrival, I was told to wait for 5 minutes. When a staff member finally attended to me, I requested a haircut. To my surprise, he informed me that there were no staff members available. I politely mentioned that Google said the salon opened at 8:00 AM, which is why I had come. However, the staff member responded rudely, saying they couldn't accommodate my request. When I suggested updating the Google listing to reflect the actual availability, he became even more dismissive, telling me I couldn't dictate what they should do. Despite maintaining a soft and polite tone throughout the interaction, the staff's behavior was unprofessional and unpleasant. As someone who had traveled from Nallur based on the listed opening time, I felt frustrated by the experience. The staff's attitude and lack of consideration for customers left a lasting impression.
