Got facial, hair coloring, and cat eye gel manicure done... Hair was good!! Facial not worth the 4 or 5k price tag. Manicure was mediocore. Everyone was nice little pricey but they have some promotions for repeat customers.

I had an amazing experience at Toni & Guy--the service is excellent! My keratin treatment from six months ago worked great, and now I came for hair coloring, which turned out amazing. The manager was also incredibly kind and supportive.

**Disappointing Experience** I've been a loyal customer of this salon (Karaikudi Branch) for a long time, but my recent experience was frustrating. The receptionist seems unwilling to do their job, constantly rescheduling and delaying my appointment. My booking was pushed back twice for no valid reason, and their attitude was far from accommodating. The salon used to be friendly and welcoming, but now it feels like the opposite. Really disappointing to see such a decline in service!

Had an amazing experience at Toni&guy, Karaikudi. My stylist Anu mam was so kind and friendly.She listened to exactly what I want and also she suggested fringes. I am very much satisfied by the result. Will definitely be back
