I had my eyebrow threading done by Shanthi. In 10 years of getting threading done by many different people this was one of the worst. Shape turned out well. But she was so rough and purposely hurting me and rubbing my eyes, etc. She kept trying to push me to get a de-tan or face cleaning which I was not interested in. Then she keeps bugging me to give her a review on Google that she gave me good service lol. She was trying to watch while I posted as well. Edit: I received a call from the reception a short while after I posted the review. They apologised and apparently told the staff member to do better next time. They also offered to do corrections for me. I went in a week later and appointed a more experienced employee, Madhu to help me. She did an excellent job! She was patient and kept asking to check if I was satisfied or wanted something changed. So overall I would recommend this place, the team ensures that customers are satisfied at the end of the day!

My sister recently had a facial and threading session with shanthi mam, She was warm, professional, and really knowledgeable about skin care. She took the time to understand my skin type and recommended the perfect facial for me. My skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward! The threading was precise and painless--she has such a gentle touch. I appreciated how clean and well-organized her setup was too.
