I had a very bad experience I went for smoothening which cost around 4500 after,they suggest a product of Loreal brand I used but my hair textur changed and thy apologies and made a complementary of kera smooth after a wash my hair textur changed they suggest k9 product I used the same which thy suggest but my hair got back to My old textre n I got curled rally very bad m worst experience my hair got spoiled n money also wasted .

Very worst service..utter waste and completely disappointed with the service...They are money minded and They asked me to take de tan package even though I asked to do just head massage...nothing they explained expect that it will give the great result but nothing worked...I strongly recommend to visit small shop they do better. Main point: workers are not focusing sometimes okay if they have some personal work but they should understand the customer point of view right... They will get some benifits if we do some other services like detan so they are forcing us to do .. Please don't go and spoil your day !!!!!!! Management should consider all the negative reviews
