Hey guys, I want to share my experience with (F.L.Y luxury unisex salon) . It was very professional unlike any other I've seen or went to. My Hair specialist Mr.Raja was amazing at suggesting hair and beard styles since I'm a guy who gets lost in thought when it comes to choosing. This is my second time with the same stylist and every time we come up with a different look for me. He takes great care and answers all types of questions politely. The ambiance is very good. Always packed with customers so need to book a day before in advance. There is a separate section for beauty treatments like pedicures, manicure, facial, detan, wax and so on. I recently visited this parlour, and while I appreciate the friendly staff and the welcoming atmosphere, my overall experience didn't quite meet my expectations. The space is clean and well-kept, which is always a good sign and the team was polite and attentive. However, the service I received didn't fully align with what I had hoped for. They can refine their services to match the quality of the customer care they provide. I may consider giving them another try in the future.
