I had been there for the second time two days ago for a haircut and hair colour. This is the first time I got hair colouring done at a salon. I used to do it at home for grey coverage for years now. Since it was my first time, I had to get a global colouring done. I loved how they took the time and effort to explain every detail to me that I could make an informed decision about the kind of shade I wanted. It took about four hours or so to get the hair cut and colouring done. They were absolutely patient, reassuring and respectful. Normally, people at salons and parlours do not dole out information on the products they use or the ill effects of the services they provide. Ms Chitra sure is an exception. She made sure she answered all my concerns with honest answers. She gave me a complimentary hair tonic as well which I'm yet to use. I will definitely be going back to Besties in future. :)
