I took service from Naturals Salon on 22nd Dec 2024. I went thru their reviews and listing on Google before deciding to take their service. Overall I didn't have a pleasant experience. Here is the sequence of dissatisfaction: 1. I asked them on the suggestion for hydration facial, they said they don't have one while I did see moisturising facials on their catalogue. Then I was recommended a brightening facial. 2. I was allocated facial specialist who just had finished her earlier service. She seemed not ready for next one yet. 3. I was given "Used" disposable gown to change. After complaining, they changed it to new one but this seemed like a normal practice because they appeared normal when I complained about the issue. 4. The room was so cold and the water used for facial was all the more cold. This wasn't expected from a salon which charges permium for all their services. 5. Since the facial expert allocated to me was tired, she didn't seem engaged in her services as she was hungry. She had missed her lunch because she was asked to provide service soon after she finished the earlier one. 6. They claimed that they use all Naturals product but they used all kind of products during the facial. 7. After facial, I was to get my threading done. The facial expert was either so tired or hungry that she did a bad job even here. The tiny visible hair were not removed despite telling her twice. I found her picking the food parcel when I was walking out of salon. She indeed had missed her lunch time and was hungry which impacted her services. I wouldn't recommend this salon because of above reasons. I paid premium for the services I took but the experience was even lower than a tiny, inexperienced low class salon.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Naturals Kotagiri with Shobana and Sasi for my hair botox treatment and haircut. They provided exceptional service and made sure every detail was perfect. My hair feels amazing, looks healthier, and the results are beyond my expectations. Shobana and Sasi were professional, friendly, and truly skilled at what they do.
