Waste of time and money. Not worthy at all. Very bad experience that they made me feel why I went there and decided not to come here ever after. Made me wait for very long time. Went for a simple service but got different service than what I've asked for. No proper seating arrangements were done for my service, felt uncomfortable throughout the service, instead of getting makeover i had neck pain. No coordination between staffs and no one was considerate about customers need. Even receptionist was not considered about customers wish and service, just roaming around here and there. Such a partial treatment with old and new customers, given priority only to the regular customers. No basic respect was given to new customers and no staff asked what service they wanted as they dealt only with the regular customers. Really don't know how customers are putting up with it.

I recently got my hair henna colour and a foot spa done by Athista Priya, and I absolutely loved it! She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. The henna colour turned out beautifully--rich, natural, and exactly what I wanted. The foot spa was soothing and left me feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommend her services!

I had a wonderful experience at Green Trends with their facial and pedicure services. The ambiance was relaxing, and the products used felt high-quality and refreshing. A special thanks to Merlin's sister for her exceptional service--she was professional, attentive, and ensured that I was comfortable throughout. My skin feels rejuvenated, and the pedicure was done with great care. Highly recommend their services!

One of the worst experiences as a male in this green trend. We had an appointment and I was still made to wait an hour. And the receptionist didn't even give me a timeline on how long it was going to take. Other people who entered after me were given priority. I just walked out after a while, really disappointing experience at this green trends salon. I would recommend to just go to Toni and guy or Lakme salon.

merlin is a senior staff she demonstrated professionalism and excellent customer service. Haircut services were executed with precision by merlin Overall, a highly satisfactory and professional and a facial,especially a massage by merlin it has been so relaxing and good with care

Please AVOID---------- Went for a haircut, waited for nearly 1hour. The receptionist said it will take 10min but staff members took a break . Even that was not informed & when they will be back and when they will return. They called me finally but even after they made me wait for 15min inside the haircut area. No apologies for late from the stylist ,not a proper response from the receptionist. This is a bad experience I felt in green trends for past 10years. HAIRCUT WAS MADE IN RUSH. Not enough equipment available for trimming. It was always borrowed from another hairdresser. We understand they need a break, but it has to be informed prior so that we won't be waiting that much time. Not to suggest

Merlin is the Senior staff who provided Beauty services and she did an amazing work. She was very passionate, patient and dedicated to what she is doing. Thanks Merlin once again, will come back soon.
