Visited this outlet first time during New Year's Eve and really amazed by their service. Good professional stylist who will suggest perfect style that fits you. Surely will recommend others to visit as well.

Appalling left chemicals on far too long as well As not covering my whole head. I look like a cross between Goldilocks and the straw man. My hair today is breaking off and so brittle. After colour came off washed my hair in cold water no shampoo no conditioner no mask consequently my hair is ruined. Had the cheek to ask for 4.500. I refused to pay as did my friend they also did the same to her hair, stay away unless you want to be bald. Utterly devastated didn't offer to put it right inexperienced unprofessional hairdressers the worst experience I have ever had in 60 years!!!

Haircut and spa was beautifully done Viji has done an wonderful job. Appreciating her patience and great service. Had a great massage from her.

Very disappointed with the service , I asked for one service but they deceieved my by giving another service and charged exorbitantly, I never recommend this place to anyone and better to approach some other saloons, This one is not worth for money highly dissatisfied.

Haircut was done as expected. Good service with patience and explained in between the haircut to get suggestions.

Staff Muthazhaghu is very patiance and professional compared to my previous services with naturals! She is extremely skilled.
