I had a great experience at Naturals for a last-minute appointment. I got a root touch-up, pedicure, and a de-tan face mask, and everything was handled smoothly. Ancy, my stylist, was kind, accommodating, and really skilled at her job. She made sure things moved efficiently so I wasn't delayed. Her team was equally professional--especially the person who did my pedicure. She did a thorough job and really helped with my dry, cracked feet, leaving them feeling much better. Dear Team I am writing this to express my extreme disappoinment with the service at Naturals Mettupalayam oflate. Despite having a prior booking, I was made to wait for hours along with my kid. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when appointments are scheduled in advance to avoid exactly such inconvenience. There was no proper communication, no urgency from the staff, and a complete lack of regard for the time and comfort of customers. Waiting endlessly with kids was exhausting and frustrating. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and bring in better planning, respect for time, and professionalism going forward.
