Today's my first day at hair way and I swear this is the best service ever. Kudos to Dhivya who handled things like a pro. Definitely coming back again

Poor Service & Unprofessional Behavior I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The barber did not understand Tamil and spoke only Hindi, which made communication extremely difficult.I was unable to explain the haircut I wanted, and as a result, they gave me a completely different style, which ruined my look.They always talking to their co workers and not listening to the customer and they mocking the customers with their language On top of that, their customer service was terrible--they were rude and treated me with no respect. A salon should prioritize customer satisfaction and proper communication, but this place failed in both aspects. I do not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a professional and polite service.

Sister Chitra did Botox treatment for me, She explained about diff hair treatment clearly. I choose to do Botox. It's a very good experience, Chitra and the staffs in hairways are very friendly. I took my friend for a haircut, as of her hair felt so dry and damaged. I really wanna that Loris, she literally changed her hair texture by giving amazing layers where my friends hair felt bouncy and much more wavier after the cut. All of their services were clean and satisfied !
