They have like the worst service I have ever had. They are just too much into money than the customer satisfaction even when they have created a mess in the service they are keen in getting their money. They didn't even try to compensate our loss if u wanna do some experiments then go ahead and do here

Unfortunately, my experience with the senior stylist was disappointing. While the younger staff warmly welcomed me with smiles, the elder stylist lacked basic courtesy. She didn't even acknowledge me with a smile. Her demeanor was rude and unprofessional. During the eyebrow trim, I specifically requested her not to pluck the hair between my eyebrows. She responded sarcastically, "You don't even have thick hair there." Her tone was unacceptable. Furthermore, I instructed her to cut my hair to mid-length, but she cut it shorter than what I said, even without consulting me. I didn't notice until it was too late. As a regular customer, I've always been satisfied with your parlour's services. However, this stylist's behavior and attitude require attention. I kindly request you to: 1. Address this stylist's behavior and customer interaction skills. 2. Ensure she understands the importance of professionalism and courtesy. The younger staff's warmth and hospitality were commendable. I hope you'll take necessary steps to maintain your parlour's standards. The stylists should know the standard professionalisms. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

A very friendly atmosphere. Went there for layer cut. Hair stylist Jeni did an excellent job. Highly satisfied with the service. Jeni was very friendly and polite. She was not in a hurry. She took sufficient time for the hair cut. I have thick hair. So it is very difficult to cut my hair. But she did the best service. All the staff are very polite and kind. Had a great experience.. The worst parlour in nagercoil,don't invest your money in fake and worst parlour worst service and worst worker some of the main worker are too worst they keep commenting on customers appearance and their looks
