I recently visited Toni & Guy for a haircut, and while the stylist who worked on my hair was very professional and gave me a cut, there were some concerns about hygiene practices that left me disappointed. During my visit, I noticed that three stylists were sharing a single trimmer because the other one was charging. This raised a red flag for me, as such practices can compromise cleanliness. Unfortunately, this resulted in itchiness on my skin for a couple of days, which was quite uncomfortable. When I inquired about the shop's operations, I was surprised to learn that they've been running for four years. I believe a well-established salon like Toni & Guy should pay closer attention to such small but important details, as they greatly impact the customer experience. Overall, while the haircut itself was good, the management needs to address these lapses in hygiene and equipment management to maintain the high standards expected from their brand.

I had a great experience with Creative Director Santhosh. He really took the time to understand my frizz concerns and gave honest, helpful suggestions on the available treatments--without pushing me toward expensive options like keratin or botox unnecessarily. I truly appreciated his genuine approach. He also gave me a fantastic haircut that suited both my face shape and my thin, frizzy hair. Highly recommend his expertise!

I have been regularly visiting Tony and Guy for grooming. I love their service especially the work of Sharanya( Even my mom loves her work). She has done my haircut with lots of patience and perfection and also suggested me to do detan pack for my face.

Decent money looters in nagercoil, On my last visit with my friend, i did an essential hair SPA which cost around 1000 rupees..! But on this time i chosen the highest priced 3500 Rs. hair SPA.. But the sad thing is All SPA's are same only..! The worst thing is for a hair cut, this is the one and only place in the whole nation with GST bill.. But these cheaters wont tell it about GST details, before you choose the hair care package.. But on final bill they will show their 32 teeth with a GST bill..! Also they included beard trimming in the bill, which i not did actually..! What a shame of you guys...! Moreover they will try to sell their overpriced products..! Never ever buy..! I simply escaped..! A duplicate hair doctor checked my scalp and suggested to not apply any oil (even coconut oil) on my hair..! hahahaha our old people are mad or what..? Finally during payment they provided bill without price details, and I want to see the bill, they promised me that will send by whatsapp, but Until now these cheaters not sending bill, Thats the reason i am here..!
