Horrible customer service!! The agent were so rude, did not do their job and was very hesitant to gelp My mother had an appointment for hair dying. So carelessly they have applied the die using hands and not even a brush. My mother's forehead is smeared with dye which is impossible to wash away. Agents Saranya and Vaishnavi were incredibly rude Will never recommend this place

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Natural Saloon (Narasimanayaken Palayam). The customer service was horrible, and the hairstylist (especially the ladies' stylist) had no professionalism or skill. Bad Haircut/Styling: The stylist did a terrible job and instead of accepting their mistake, they blamed me for their poor work. Rude Behaviour: The staff argued with me, showed an owner-like mentality, and had zero respect for customers. No Hospitality: They don't know how to talk to customers, let alone handle them properly. Wasted Time & Money: They clearly lack basic hairstyling knowledge, yet they charge for their subpar service. Avoid this salon if you expect decent service, respect, or a good haircut. There are much better salons in the area where professionals actually care about customers.

I had an amazing experience at the salon! Mr. Vignesh is incredibly skilled and attentive, ensuring I got the perfect style I wanted. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommend! 5/5!

Worst customer service. Went for a hair cut before entering the salon I was told upfront no service after 8.30pm in a worst way. Very bad name created for Naturals by giving such franchisees.
