The products used during the facial felt luxurious and soothing, and I could instantly feel my skin being nourished. My skin felt deeply hydrated, smoother, and more radiant afterward. The entire process was so calming, and I loved the attention to detail given to every step. I also appreciated the personalized advice on how to take better care of my skin at home. I highly recommend this facial treatment to anyone looking to pamper themselves or give their skin some extra love. I'll definitely be returning for my next treatment!

Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The staff were unprofessional, and their pricing was unclear and misleading. For a hair spa, they charged differently based on hair length, but despite my hair not being as long as they claimed, they charged me for both the high and medium-length rates. Additionally, during the hair spa, they convinced us to also do a facial, assuring us that both hair and face services could be completed within the allotted time. However, when the bill arrived, we were shocked to find that they charged for two facial packs per person, even though we were aware of only one, When we questioned this, they insisted we had agreed to both packs, which was not the case. It feels like they are being dishonest and trying to overcharge customers. I would not recommend this parlour to anyone.

Haircut was OK. But not satisfied with the other services. Pricing was bit high. Highly recommend other salon not this. No trained professional.
