Cuts and Comb Salon in Devakottai, my experience was average. While the salon had some positive aspects, there were also some areas that left me feeling underwhelmed. Worst service ever..for threading she took more than 20 minutes..she not even understand my expectation even I told many times...waste of time and money

Worst experience. Stylists are not understanding our inputs. The hours mentioned here is different. I went at 7.30 PM and no customer was there still the receptionist said we can't do haircut as it is out of working hours but itsmentioned that salon is open till 9.30 pm

Respected Sir/Madam, I am a regular Customer in Cuts and Combs, Devakottai Branch. Day before Yesterday, I have visited this Cuts and Combs, that is on 11th May, 2023. Evening at 08 : 15 P.M. I came here for Hair Cut clean shave, and Hair Color. After Completion of the above three service to me. I have paid the respective amount and asked for the bill. The Cashier Women, said that, we will send your BILL in SOFT COPY through SMS to your Mobile Number. But at that moment, I didn't receive any SMS, regarding my bill. Then I asked that Cashier Women that, I didn't receive any SMS regarding my Bill. Then she said that, you will be receiving your bill Tomorrow, that is on 12 - 05 - 2023. But the next day also, I didn't receive any SMS, regarding my BILL. Then next day again I asked that Cashier Women, regarding my Bill, but she replied me in a LETHARGICAL way and She simply BLABBERED. She didn't answer me, for what I have asked. And also, From the beginning of this 2023 year onwards, Whatever the Salon Service, Which I have taken PREVIOUSLY in Cuts and Combs, for that also, I have NOT received any SMS, REGARDING MY BILL. Even a single Bill is not received yet, from the beginning of this 2023 year onwards. So, Till now I have NOT RECEIVED MY BILL. So this is not good and this is not fair. Serve your customers in a good manner.

The way of approaching Customers is awesome and They had their special style of art. The Staffs Roshini and Madhu are very kind Persons and made both our mind and body glow.

Worst experience... not professional hair designer, poor finishing...Not recommend, don't waste money
