One Star - Extremely Disappointed I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. I came in with clear instructions and yet somehow walked out with the complete opposite of what I asked for. The cut was uneven, choppy, and just poorly executed overall -- it looked rushed and careless. What's worse, when I politely pointed out the issues, I was brushed off with excuses instead of any genuine attempt to fix it. Now I have to wait weeks for my hair to grow out before I can get it fixed elsewhere. Would not recommend this salon to anyone who cares about their hair. Very disappointed.

Have been doing haircut for past 1 year in Richez, I must say it's very good experience I had. Excellent services they provide and particularly Riaz brother is very talented stylist and very friendly. I would recommend this family salon to all the ages.

I had an amazing experience at Richez Salon! The staff was friendly and professional, and the salon was clean and inviting. Stylist geetha did an excellent job with my de-Tan, skin lightening facial and spa service, paying attention to every detail. I'm thrilled with the results. Highly recommend!
