Very bad management and the manager.We went for kids hair cut and men's haircut around 2 and the manager refused to take the service as it's lunch time. We said we will wait for half an hour as we have to travel fifteen kms back.. But then she refused to take the service. I understand staff need breaks. But then the refusal is not courteous.. I have been to many salons where they work ins shifts and there is no lunch break. It's really disappointing and I went to your other competitor. I will never come to this salon. You lose your valuable customer who gives you business.. i didn't expect this from a popular brand like Naturals.

I had a fantastic experience at Naturals Haircut Shop today! Rishi did an amazing job with my haircut--he was very professional, skilled, and paid great attention to detail. He listened to what I wanted and gave me a perfect look. The shop was clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a professional and stylish haircut!
