I had an amazing experience with the cleanup service at this salon! The person(Kaleeshwari) who attended to me was extremely polite, professional, and gentle throughout the process. They explained each step of the cleanup, ensuring I was relaxed and informed the entire time.What stood out the most was the care and attention given during the session. The staff member was sweet, attentive, and made the whole process incredibly calming. It's not just the quality of the service but also the warm and friendly attitude that truly made this a five-star experience. Highly recommended - I will definitely be coming back for more treatments!

Firstly, The salon was very untidy, there was no one to attend for first 15 min, I had a prior appointment, still I was asked to wait in hot suffocated room, they started AC after I came inside.. Staff was unable to understand my language (basic English), still they didn't tell me that they don't understand what I'm saying in fact kept saying ok ok.. I had to leave the preparation (just hot water in tub) for pedicure and the staff just shaped my nails while I was availing other services.. the owner came and said u already finished half the pedicure and asked me to pay now full and take the service later... WTH.. very unprofessional behaviour, I had emergency call so I had to leave early, also I asked her to remove my pack in just 2 minutes, the moment I received call, for that she didn't said that u are not completing cleanup process, pay less for that... When explaining my concern to her she was not ready to listen and keep on speaking, I literally had to beg her that please let me speak.. also mentioned that they have one hindi person also but nobody let her talk to me.. I paid what they asked for still they were confirming thrice that is this your number.. seriously never had such a bad experience at so called refreshing centres... I should be relaxed after spa but feeling more tensed.. felt so bad the way she talked and covering up their communication mistakes with her loud voice... Still I paid for what she asked (it is ok for me to pay, but it should have been asked more politely), and also personally to that staff who did my nails filing... Just a request that you are in such a business, which needs humbleness and good communication too, you are interacting directly to your end consumers.... Atleast fullfill these basic requirements before claiming of fairness and unfairness... What unfair today was totally to me, who was communicated wrong at first, then kept in that wrong notion while availing services also adding bad response by owner lady as explained above...
