I had an amazing experience at Naturals Tenkasi! I was attended by a professional named Gowri, and her service was absolutely top-notch. I went in for waxing, and to my surprise, it was completely painless. What impressed me even more was their honesty and trust as while making the payment through GPay, it showed as 'processing' and didn't reflect immediately. Still, they trusted me and said they'd follow up later if needed. That kind of service and professionalism truly deserves more than just 5 stars!

You cannot be rude to the customers(. especially when we r polite) ..yu cannot show ur personal anxiety on us ..we r paying for the service that u r delivering right ...had an unpleasant experience with the male hairstylist who handled my kid for a haircut..when it comes to kids u need to be empathetic and prompt in action so that it doesn't hurt them ..the stylist was constantly irritable both on me and my kid...i strongly suggest that particular person to work on how to handle customers politely
