Naturals unisex salon - Arulanthar nagar

I recently visited this salon for a trim and side bangs What was worse--and completely unprofessional--was the behavior of the staff. As I was leaving with my mum at the counter, I noticed the stylist and a few other employees trying to suppress their laughter while looking directly at me. It was clear they were mocking me. A salon is supposed to be a place where clients feel comfortable, respected, and confident--this was the exact opposite. No one deserves to be treated with that kind of immaturity and disrespect, especially not a paying customer. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend this place if you're looking for basic decency and professionalism.

Naturals salon Next to Philomena shopping complex Thanjavur branch was the best salon in whole of Thanjavur.and the service was excellent. Dint expect this kind of Excellent service from a branch in Thanjavur.The welcome drink was refreshing..I had a hair cut and a head massage. The stylist Abbas Ali was very patient in listening to my needs and he gave me exactly what I wanted.. Needless to say he was highly skilled and very experienced in handling clients. Their service was far better than most of the Premium salon's in chennai.The space is very clean and smells good.Will definitely come back here.

Naturals Arulananda Nagar has been providing exceptional service since its opening. Been visiting this branch for the past 1 year and they have solidly improved in-terms of ambience and service. Mr ABBAS and Mr NAVEEN have always been my go to Stylist and they are the BEST . Both the stylist are very humble, courteous snd extremely talented as well. The Front office and managers are also very courteous. Keep up the great Work.
