Green Trends

Customer service is zero in this branch. I was waiting for 30 minutes and no customer was waiting before me. The staff came from washroom and he started to chat with his friends for 10 minutes. When the admin staff mentioned about me to the haircut staff, his reply was "what should I do for his waiting time?". I have never seen a rude customer behaviour anywhere. When I asked that branch staff about his behaviour. He again replied in a disrespectful way. I wonder how this branch such good reviews. Staff should have atleast basic decency. Pathetic!

I had a facial, and the staff mahalakshmi offered an excellent service and politeness by giving me enough time to relax myself for the entire session. She's awesome in all the professionalism and speech.. must go ...

Good service Hair cut was gorgeous Friendly service @subha

I went for threading my eyebrows. The staff did her worst to me. She ruined my eyebrows by excessively removing my brow hairs. She don't even know how to thread but blamed me for not holding it properly. Such a rubbish. I suggest them to get training from the nearby Toni&Guy. That parlour is way better than this useless one.

The worst experience.... It's wasn't clean enough... And people work there are seems to be doesn't know their work in this field but they charge high cost for their worst work... They messed up my hair.. Over all it is one of the poorest saloon in theni & the worst services I have ever experienced.......
