I recently got my daughter a haircut and it was the worst haircut I have ever seen. They don't know how to cut hair properly. If I had done it at a local barber shop, I could have gotten a better haircut. The front office customer service is very poor. They are not willing to listen and explain properly to meet the customer's needs.
