I really wanna express concerns about the haircut which I did. Extremely disappointed with the service there is no professionalism at all, they just take it granted for everything in clients. I visited for my hair mainten and I clearly said how to do haircut for me. I asked him cut slight edges of my hair but he cut my all hair deeply which is unacceptable. The reason behind is he keep got the phone calls when doing service he not even concentrate. Please don't allow them to use mobile phone when they doing any services. I know the stylist who did the service to me. Pathetic...

I did detan clean up, hair spa and pedicure-manicure combo and I had such a wonderful experience. Ezra offered me an exceptional service, she was very professional. She did not rush and did every process with at most patience. Results were awesome.

Stylist and other services are really good.but they mistakenly charged us extra amount and after noticing when asked they are not providing any refund though it's not our mistake and insisting us to take some service for the money which we do not even require.It is dissapointing and I don't think it's fair to insist any customer to take service when the mistake is in their side.I the behaviour of the cashier was also dissapointing.
