Service is good - But billing is not transparent. They are not following the Green Trends menu and also GT Trendy Circle member rates. They simply write the price in a paper bill like a grocery shop and calculate 18% GST price using a calculator. No proper receipts were given for the payment. If you are availing their services, make sure you're billed properly and get the appropriate bill receipts.

I have been visiting this saloon for the past two years. However, this time, I was quite disappointed with the haircut, especially considering the price. Today, an inexperienced barber attended to me, and it was clear that he lacked the necessary skills. He frequently asked for help from a more experienced barber. Most of the staff here are North Indians, with only one or two who barely speak Tamil. While some North Indian barbers can understand and speak Tamil to some extent(which is well and good), the barber assigned to me today couldn't understand my English either. He struggled to communicate, kept asking multiple questions to the experienced barber, and still ended up giving me a subpar haircut. Additionally, when I informed him that the AC was not working and requested him to turn it on, he completely ignored me. His hands were also shaking while cutting my hair, which made the experience even more frustrating. I suspect they were using my hair as a training case for their inexperienced barber to gain experience are so.

The service is not much as expected. They are indirectly compelling to take their packages. If we are not taking the package they said , the service is completely waste. I did detan which costs around 600+ which gives me 0 results. It dint lasts for 5 mins. They did with in 20 mins ( detan mask 15 mins). Please don't go if you don't want much service and don't have membership card. I did last month in my native , which costs around 500 with super results.
