I've done threading and (layers) haircut here many times, they offer very good services at reasonable costs. Recommended if you want to avoid the expensive parlour chains but still want good parlour services. Need to climb upstairs via a narrow staircase. I'm not sure if there's a lift available, I haven't seen any.
