Went to Bounce OMR for a facial and nail art, and had a really good experience. The facial was done by Viji - she was super gentle and explained everything clearly. My skin felt so fresh afterward. Nail art was done by Priya, and she was very patient with my design choices. Both of them were friendly and took the time to address my doubts without rushing through. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying session. Definitely recommend this branch if you're looking for good service and a relaxed vibe.

I had a great experience. Mr. Vivek is really very talented. He did give my hair a dreamy makeover and shared a lot of tips on how to manage my hair. I would definitely come back for more.

I had such a wonderful experience - ambience, service and hospitality were truly wonderful at the salon. Mr. Anthony was patient and highly professional. I asked for a butterfly cut with layers to try out for the first time, and I have received numerous compliments since. The execution and attention to detail was truly amazing! After ages, a fantastic haircut experience. Ali cut my hair today , he patiently understood what I wanted and he did exactly that. What I appreciate is that they don't try to hard sell any products or services, this speaks volumes about the kind of experience they want their custo ers to have. Nice vibe, music was not too loud.
