The overall experience was alright, and they improved the situation when I expressed my concerns at the end. I request for a hair trim, and I often get my hair cut/ trimmed by my best friend (who is a professional hair stylist). The person who cut my hair did not instil much confidence, and I could sense there was not any training or experience on their end. When my hair was completed, I asked them if the person who looked after me had hair dresser training, which they confirmed they didn't. It might have been the language barrier, but I would have liked to have been told (even though I could sense it). I did not feel good about my hair. However, this was quickly rectified by another experienced hair dresser.

Just got a customized layers with curtain bangs for the first time here , It was such an amazing experience. Reshma hairstylist, made me feel very comfortable and at ease, Definitely will recommend her as one of the best stylist .

Had worst experience in eyebrow shaping on 19th april eve. The person who shaped it had removed the hair in between the eyebrow, when I noticed and asked, she stated it can be corrected by trimming the other side, too.. She made it thin, and stated that like this one she can trim n thin the other one. Finally, she gets well practice in my eyebrow. I dnt knw why the practicing with the customers. Didn't even accept her mistake. Atrocious.

The salon is a very welcoming one with great staff support. Reshma is the best person to approach in Limraz as she caters to the needs of the customers very well.

This was my first visit to Limraz and they did a great job! Fell in LOVE with the awesome layer cut, fabulous color and botoplexx treatment by Mr.Balu! He is AMAZING! He explained the process thoroughly, helped me stay hydrated throughout the process and explained the after care steps patiently! I also got pedicure and manicure which was good! I had SNS nails and Varsha patiently helped remove them! They treated me like a VIP and that sets Limraz apart from other salons! If you visit, ask for Mr.Balu to be your stylist and you will fall in love with your hair after the service, just like I did
