Service: Hair colouring took on Sunday. My mom's face got swollen and her head got red, itcy and swollen. She had to be hospitalised and currently under observation. First , She asked for dark brown. They mixed too much black color. They applied too much quantity for her little hair and soaked it for longer period of time as they were doing pedicure, which she didn't go for in the first place. They neither do the patch test nor had the timer set to wash her hair. They have to more professional and listen to the customer's instructions.

A haircut and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The stylist took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions that really showed their expertise. The service was prompt, and I appreciated their attention to detail throughout the process. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with good service and a great approach from the team. The waxing was done so professionally and painlessly, and I'm beyond impressed with how smooth my skin feels.
