I had a very amazing and wonderful experience. They were very helpful and kind towards the customers. They cared for us and recommended the correct treatments that suits us and is affordable. Overall, the service was appealing and everyone should visit it once.

Very poor customer service. Thought it was a very busy day, couldn't get appointment in any other parlours. So, I've contacted PINK PASSION for their appointment. Went for a hair cut and hair spa. 1. They dint even have the necessities or God knows whether they had and dint use it. 2. Very much insisted on other services to which I clearly said No earlier. 3. Very notorious and was asking about my family and many other personal questions. very hardly trying to be friendly which wasn't very natural One word = horrendous Today they've added me in their WhatsApp group without my or any other participants concern. When I asked them how they got my no., I got a call. They said they got my number from their service registry (which I very much regret) I said they should've atleast asked for permission to add in group, they rudely said "Istam iruntha irunga ilana left panunga" means "stay if you want or else leave" (when I say "rude" I really mean the attitude and way of speech) even though I talked and asked them politely. Dear people, Please think twice or thrice before you go.

Absolutely AMATEUR owner and worker, money minded persons. My family women had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE / WORST EXPERIENCE / NIGHTMARE here. They don't know how to do hair cut. But, they won't tell that they don't know. You are their test piece. And, they will SHAVE your cheeks, if you ask for boy cut. For the sake of money, she recomends and does facial for even babies & children. PRETENDS like they don't even talk to gents.This place doesn't look like a beauty parlour at all. Something like, some other place, I was frightened after sending my wife and daughter there. Also, she's a NOSY PERSON. She is highly interested in asking about personal family details. It happened months before. Even today we are facing the consequences of her shaving the side face for my daughter. PLEASE AVOID HERE. Gloomy place with a rude attitude. Alternatives and value for money options are NATURALS & LAKME etc., I feel very sorry for writing this review.

Very worst service. Had a bad experience, threading was not properly done..They don't even have the patience to hear the reviews. They were rushing to attend the other customers. Poor experience ever.

Here that owner trained her juniors staffs by using us so be careful ,i went there for hair cutting but the Junior one come and spoiled my hair style and they r money minded also
