Extremely disappointed with my recent haircut at Studio 11. I was a regular customer only because of Jeevan, who always did a fantastic job and explained everything so well. Now that he's gone, the service has dropped badly. My latest haircut was the worst I've ever had--totally ruined my look. Never coming back.

Visited for basic grooming service and they did a decent job and Miss . Keerthana provides a good service. The overall experience was good one.
