Naturals Salon

I went to Naturals to get my hair cut done. Ms. Sneka was the stylist who assisted me in identifying the type of my hair and gave me advises on how to maintain my hair and to control hair fall and frizziness. She also suggested me to do a hair spa to control the frizziness. She also gave me a hair spa. I liked the way my hair turned out after the session. The service offered by her was great. I was really satisfied with both the hair cut and spa done by her. Overall, my experience at Naturals was great!! :D

Service Staff are very courteous and professional. Ambiance could be improved. Road side car parking is available. Naturals had the potential to have 5 stars but they have some room for improvement. 1. They don't do, what they say. I saw an advertisement on their website about an offer which seems to be valid as of the day I visited. But salon manager argued it's already closed. If that's true then there is a gap in the higher management level. If that's not true then the salon manager is not following the management guidelines. Both are not good for any reputed and established brands. To sustain your brand reputation in the Market, the gap has to be eliminated. 2. The salon manager has to be customer friendly with all customers not selectively. They seem to have an overly biased courtesy towards foreigners. This salon has highly potential service staffs, customers could make use of them effectively.

I had a truly amazing experience at Naturals Salon in Tiruvannamalai. I went in for a head massage and was attended to by Salaam -- I was astonished to learn that he is completely blind. Despite that, or perhaps because of it, his sense of touch and attention to detail were absolutely incredible. The massage was deeply relaxing, and his caring and polite demeanor made the experience even more special. It's not every day that you come across such inspiring individuals. Huge respect to Salaam and to the salon for giving him this platform to showcase his talent!

Even 1 star rating is much for them Worst service ever taken. Yesterday I visited the salon with appointment even then they made me wait for half an hour and the receptionist is showing attitude. The hair spa was worst of all. Massage was not done in a professional manner and pedicure taken was clumsy. They don't even have a facility to steam the hair during hair spa. It was frustrating. For facial they don't even apply pack for the whole During facial Whiteheads and blackheads are not removed. Even the AC is not working.Very Poor ambience. Another way of understanding "Don't judge a book by it's cover" Only the name of the brand have something, not inside the salon. Worst and clumsy salon and service

It says 9pm closing all the staffs are sitting in the reception and talking but the service was denied The receptionist man could not even differentiate customers who took service and who walked in new he was so engrossed and occupied in flirting with the staff in the saloon Basically they don't want to service even when it's opened and all the staff are available
