recently visited the Dharapuram branch and had a very disappointing experience. Despite waiting for quite some time, the staff did not give any attention or preference to the customers who were already waiting. There was no proper system to manage the queue, and it felt like the waiting customers were being completely ignored. Eventually, I left without receiving any service. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve customer handling and service quality.

One of the staff was very rude and kidding us with their co-staff.not doing asking service.i asked to remove some extra unwanted ridge head hairs but he simply said as he can't. Worst service

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. During my haircut, the staff member took a break for 7-10 minutes without informing me, which was very unprofessional. I reported this issue to the management, but they failed to address it effectively. This reflects very poorly on your service standards. Kindly take necessary action to improve the customer experience.

Visit the place to enquire about the haircut for my kid...Becoz I knw the difficulties in servicing for kids...But the staff refused immediately without asking anything..

Very worst.. All inexperienced staffs.. Ultimately spoiling the hair style without knowing what to do.. i visited another salon to get my haircut completed after paying them for their POOR service..! In simple words,Service compromise with less fees..Both r useless
