I recently visited Natural Salon for a haircut and colouring, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and refreshingly organic. The team clearly values using natural, high-quality products, Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a more holistic approach to hair care without compromising on style and professionalism. Pathetic service and Egotistical owner who doesn't care about customers or their reviews! A few months ago i visited this place for an Ayurvedic massage after seeing their reviews on Google. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing salon experiences I've ever had! When I initially inquired over the phone, the reception informed me that the massage would cost 1,800 including a steam session and that the massage would last for one and half hours. However, after the massage i was unexpectedly charged 200 extra for the steam and to make matters worse the massage lasted only 40 minutes instead of the promised hour. When I raised my concerns at the reception, the owner stepped in and instead of addressing the issue professionally, he argued with me for over 20 minutes. He insisted that everything had been communicated beforehand which was absolutely not the case. I had already paid the full amount before any argument even began, yet at the end of the conversation he suddenly offered a partial refund. By that point, I had lost all patience and simply walked away as I had no interest in their so-called "compensation" after such a terrible experience! The attitude of the owner was highly unprofessional - he acted as if he knew everything and treated customers with complete disregard. It was evident that he didn't care about customer feedback or satisfaction. I strongly recommend avoiding this salon at all costs. There are far better options in Coimbatore that offer superior services and value for money. The only positive aspect of this place is the parking space - other than that, it's simply not worth it.

I visited the centre upon seeing the google reviews. Good ambiance, clean and neat environment with good parking facility. Stylist named Kushi helped me with the needful but I'm not aware of their 18% tax which seems to be very high!! I came for head massage knowing the price of 800+tax but was given with keratin service for my hair which was 2500+tax!! I don't blame the service because she did the best but I'm not happy with their pricing and briefing. She also gave me a haircut as per my requirement, which I liked. Guys pls beware of their taxes when you visit the centre for their services.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving waxing and hair spa services from Gayathri, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. She is highly professional, meticulous in her work, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. The waxing was done with great care and precision, ensuring minimal discomfort. The hair spa was incredibly relaxing, and my hair felt soft, nourished, and revitalized afterward. Gayathri's attention to detail and warm demeanor truly made it a five-star experience. Worst experience, worst service. Didn't even blow out the hair remains at the end. The staff was rude. Didn't cut the hair according to the demand. Highly priced, and totally not worth it. Never coming here again. I wonder what ayur products they use for haircut, to charge us 100 rupees more than the normal Naturals salon.

I was initially hesitant due to the damage to my hair, but she handled it with such care and professionalism. She gave me the perfect cut and styled my hair beautifully. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my haircut experience at this branch. And I would 100% recommend Ms Khushi to everyone who's looking to seek the best stylist at this place.
