A very pleasant service taken from this studio 7 at vadavalli by Jenifer Mam and a good care by Surekha Mam. And this is the first time I am taking the botoplex treatment and it really makes my hair very smooth and straight look.a good service with worthable cost. Thanks to your value perceptions and I'm highly satisfied with my hair look and greatly by the neat and very friendly service done by Jenifer and surekha. Thanks for the good time ,neat and cleanliness ,very professional oriented and cordial experience one.

I took 999 combo service and Mohana priya's service was extraordinary.. her massage was really good..trust me next time when you book an appoinment please do ask if she is available and then book..

Worst experience, for hair colour they processed the colour in my hair two times and for kerasmooth I spended 4999 but the effect gone only in three washes. I got irritation in scalp very badly after the application. They didn't gave me a proper explanation and they only want to bill the charges but no proper service. Waste of money and time.

Well starting with positive note, i have taken botoplex treatment and hair stylist Sharique bro is just awesome and gave me the best result more than what I have expected on June 3 - this is the only positive thing to say. Manager or owner, not pretty sure, asked me to rate their saloon with 5 stars where I have updated 4 start and let a positive note for the same hair stylist. later that person came and asked me to update 5 star where I told that I will do it after the first hair wash, post which I have ranked the saloon with 5 stars. After self hair wash I could find the bends in my hair and I enquired about this, they state that this is the 1st time they were hearing such complaints like this - i dono may be anyone who faced it may not come up with this issue or something else. I dono the owner name, he informed me to visit after 15 days, only then again the process can be done also informed me that he will get back to me with the date within 2 mins but he failed and there was no response for my calls or texts. Later last Friday, I am not sure with or without knowingly he answered my call and I asked him to fix the time slot were I have an family function following week - he fixed the appointment on June 18 and I haven't met him in saloon till i finish off the treatment again. i was assisted by his wife and another person named Saranya. There was no co-ordination as well in team, each person said different different reasons for the bend that I had. As usual they have blamed the way I have taken care of my hair. in the call, that owner said different - he doesn't blame the way I take care of my hair while sleeping, instead stated that he will fix the issue but that could be done only after 15 days and in person (after visiting saloon) saranya said that these bends were cause of the way hair gets bend while I sleep, and the owner's wife said that bend were found cause of me not being careful at the time of refreshing initial days, also informed me that you would have benn came early to fix the issue and asked me why so you have waited these many days? lol... also informed that they will fix it but that will be charged additionally - were I get to know that they were money minded.. I also visited another saloon when I haven't get responded to fix the issue, other saloon hair stylist personally advised me to visit the same saloon were these are all the minor failures customer face at the time of first hair wash and Studieo 7 will fix it for you for no cost. When I said about this to these people, both the owner's wife and Saranya said that other saloon stylist was blaming Studieo 7 saloon. i couldn't understand, if they wanted to blame other saloon why they are advising to fix it with the same saloon instead they can fix it and charge me to get profit right. Finally they have processed the same treatment (i accepted to pay caude i have my family function so nearer and so with no other options, i have accepted and i remained silent there because whatever we say, each person will have different answer were they will not accept their mistake instead from every cornor they will find different answers to blame the customer) and charged me again also I got the blame as well. Finally at the time of making payment I have seen the owner who followed me 10 days to get fixed for the first appointment (initial time for botoplex treatment), later while I raised a complaint against the failure of treatment, he was disappeared. Again Sharique bro was awesome with good and shinning finish. You deserve better bro and these 2 stars are just for the work the Sharique bro had done to fix my hair back. i am not sure whether I get the result or not, even if it is not fixed rather wasting money for the saloon, lemme save it and do some useful things. I strongly not recommend anybody for this saloon even for the hair cut.
