The service was .The stylist, Karthi, really understood what I wanted for both my haircut and beard trim. The attention to detail was impressive, and the end result exceeded my expectations. The salon has a great ambiance, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend this salon.

Very poor response by the receptionist mrs. PRIYA. I was told to wait for 10 mins for a hair spa but ended up waiting for 50 mins to find no one was free to do hair spa . Despite repeatedly reminding them , requesting about the time constrain , they dint make any efforts to organise things . TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND UNPROFESSIONAL
