I had my first salon visit and did botox treatment, Kavitha was very kind and did a professional work, so satisfied with their service and i was so shocked to see the results, i would definitely recommend to others.

I recently booked their service for a two day event. I had a very bad experience with their service as the team on the whole lacked coordination and failed to meet my needs as requested. On the very first day, the staff who attended was not showcasing any professional behaviour. It took more than 2 hours to pleet and drape one organza saree. We book professionals so that they can provide us with ideas and innovations and help us doll up. But in this case, we had to provide her with ideas to drape the saree and make it work for us, which we could have well very well done on our own. Further, the staff kept throwing tantrums. We had agreed up certain terms before paying the advance. 1. They agreed that they would provide us 2 staffs for day 2. 2. I mentioned that I would definitely need hair accessory for day 2. I also sent them references. 3. We agreed on the price. However, end of day 1, she is stating that only one staff would be attending us on day 2. Further, end of day 1 she is mentioning that she looked for the hair accessory in rental shops and couldn't find them (the hair accessory that we requested fess very basic). And then, here is the funniest part. I had paid an advance amount of 5,000 for the service. On day 1, I paid them the fees of 4,500 for the unsatisfied service provided by the team. End of day 1, the staff and the owner were forcing me to pay them the expense for day 2 and told me that they wouldn't be able to come on day 2 until I pay the fees which was not at all tolerable. This did not seem like they were trying to provide a service rather it looked like they were trying to make it stressful for us. They were clearly irresponsible and clearly the number of references you send them on WhatsApp would not be checked. They fail to understand what the client is looking for. After us trying so hard and getting on 1000 unnecessary calls with their team, we were able to get 2 staffs for day 2. They arrived 40 minutes late to the venue. But the service provided was much better. But this does not change our opinion on the team, because we literally had to spend so much time sending them references, but it was disheartening to know that they nearly check those and take any initiative because of our experience on day 1 and the response from the owner about the entire situation was not really appreciated. I would not blame just the staff for the whole bad experience. The owner was the one who we got on a call with before paying the advance and we explained to him all our needs. He clearly failed to pass it on to the staff. On the whole, I just want to out it out there that I trusted their profile and booked, but I was completely dissatisfied and disheartened due to all the mishaps. The price paid was not worth for the service provided. I still paid them ) 14,500 (inc. commuting expense) as per their billing for the this experience.

Very worst hair cutting for ladies, they never listen our demands what we want, especially one girl has done very worst. The male person is he doing his work dedicatedly. The girl who cutting don't accept there very worst .

I visited elegant landmark for the first time, their service was very good and i had layer cut, i got my cut from Jessica, she so kind and had a vey good time,so satisfied with the cut.
