Today I came to gorgeous parlor for head massage and hair wash...really they are providing wonderful services..there especially pragathi ..who did excellent work ..

I had to wait some time but my experience was amazing. Nice behaviour and clean environment. Would definitely visit again.

Had very worst experience with hair cutting... Even a beginner can do better

Extremely poor customer service. They gave us a wrong hair product and later when discovered, they refused to refund. When pressed, they said the money will be refunded the following day. Extremely unfriendly people, lack of professionalism. Services are very expensive, and not worth it. Place stank and when the electricity failed, there was no back up for a long time. They lost two potential customers now.

Poor customer care. Been a customer for many years until recent spree of bad episodes. They have special clientele and cater to them out of turn . I was made to wait and people who came after me were given priority because they called the stylist directly and booked and not the desk or their office. The person who was scheduled for me for hair cut , refused and said the other person who is at a job will finish and attend to you. The desk attendent said she can't do anything as she is new and you should have made connections with the stylist and made personal calls. I feel this is quite unprofessional for a shop of their stature. Their customer complaint redressal is also pathetic
