I had a horrible experience in this place. Plz do not go here. I went for a hair wash and they burnt my scalp with hot water . Later my hair was so dry and I told them I will partition my hair, which is when I noted the end of my hair was clumped together with silver coil inside, looking like something from scotch bright. I lost a chunk of my good hair. Horrible place I don't even want to give one star for this place

The service was excellent staff response also good must visit saloon in Vellore price was affordable

I had a horrifying experience at this parlour just yesterday, I went for a threading and haircut. My eyebrow was done by excellently, for upper lips they switched places and someone very inexperienced did it. The threading was painful and slow but I understand that she was in training so I didn't really care about that. Haircut is where everything went wrong, I had asked for a trim, just a minimal trim and told them repeatedly not to cut off my sideburns, which they did eventually. My problem is: 1. The one who cut my hair put the gown backwards, the hair fell all over my body, if she was experienced what kind of rookie mistake is this. 2. She asked someone else to cut my hair halfway through the haircut, without giving her proper instructions. The other girl cut off my sideburns. What experienced hairdresser does this. 3. Someone else came and took over the haircut, I'm assuming a trainer. They then began to talk in Tamil which I do understand a little. She was agreeing that it was my fault and I didn't give proper instructions. 4. They didn't have the decency to apologise. Not one sorry from these girls. I paid in full, I was so angry and beyond myself. But since they couldn't even acknowledge their mistake I just left and got my hair cut from another barber. I had to cut my hair to level it. What kind of parlour gives their trainees the right to touch a customer's hair when they don't even know how to tie a gown. Just because I don't live in Vellore doesn't mean you have to treat a customer unprofessionally

There service was very good .. ambience was excellent

Poor customer service with extreme painful treatment first they will tell u certain amount later once the service is done they will charge more and the staffs are also not trained properly
