Cuts & Comb Villapuram (Madurai)

Worst experience at Cuts and Comb! Today I visited Cuts and Comb for a haircut and beard trim, but it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had. I asked for a double-layer haircut, but it doesn't even look close to that. They did a terrible job. I also trimmed my beard, and not only did the shape turn out badly, but the barber even cut my skin! He charged me 70 for trim -- not that the money matters, but the quality of service was so poor. I complained at the reception, and they offered to do a rework, but that too wasn't any better. I've attached some pictures along with this review for reference. Also, do not get facials done here. The staff don't even wear gloves. I could smell bad on their hands -- seems like they use it and then directly touch your face for head massages and facials. (Think twice before doing facial treatments here!) After I came home and saw myself in the mirror, I literally felt like a scene from the movie Attakathi -- couldn't help but laugh at my own condition!

My first experience at cuts and comb villapuram was really amazing... Mr. Asif was well trained and friendly... He was very much patient and knowledgeable on What he is doing... Feeling so happy and satisfied
