As the team had a great portfolio and many good reviews, I was so fascinated by the team and picked Sanas for my big day. Sorry to say this, I was not satisfied with the bridal and reception makeover that I booked from them. After checking out many reviews only, I chose their service. But, my family wasn't happy with the makeup as well. During the reception, I wanted fringe curls ( which I already informed during my first meetup with the artist) it didn't turn out well, the artist did not use hairspray first and then set the curl, instead she cut my hair short to make the curls which collapsed the entire look, she didn't stitch the chutti in my forehead which kept falling back and forth throughout the evening, which was super uncomfortable. Bridal makeup was not upto any of my expectation and satisfaction. I really had a bad experience with the bridal studio. I would rate the experience 2 out of 5. I have no intentions to bring down your business by posting fake reviews. As much as you are happy with the positive reviews, kindly take in the criticism as well. For your information, I wanted to share happy reviews as well just as other brides did. It was merely my experience and thank you.

I got a dress stitched for my 1-year-old from Sana's Boutique, and I'm really happy with the result! The fit and stitching were all perfect. They paid great attention to detail and made sure it was comfortable for my little one. Highly recommended!

I went to sana boutique for stitching a customized dress to my daughter for a grand occasion. We had a great experience, got the expected output and fitting was also beyond the expectations. Moreover they completed the stitching on time with affordable price . I took my bridal makeup from sana's!! She booked me saying that she is available!! But the day I went for trial makeup , i was literally shocked.They told me that other woman who worked there will do the makeup .(It was one month prior of my wedding, i couldn't cancel because I couldn't get other makeup artist that easily) I was like y u did not inform me beforehand so that I would have told NO to that team. (And after reaching there I noticed that they tell yes to every bridal makeup enquiries and send other women, they had literally 7 to 8 trainees).They told me a very lethargic answer that they forgot about it.I was literally helpless , and had no other choice to go with their team! They charged me 60k rupees for 2 makeups , and I was not at all satisfied with their works.Ybshoukd I pay 60k for trainees....On the day of my engagement, makeup artist told me that I forgot the hair extension to bring , so that I ll do it with ur original hair ! I was like wat nonsense is going on!And I was supposed to buy extension thatbtime.I booked my jewellery from them only, and they told me on the day of engagement that someone without our knowledge took that set, so kindly go with other sets and they were like video calling me to confirm the jewellery set.They did not do touchups at all! They did not do the makeup the way I wanted.Then y the hell I should spend 60k on that!!!!??? So ppl kindly think twice before taking bridal makeup with this team! They are money minded ppl.They have 7 to 8 members in their team and they will send them randomly to 8 brides.They really take 8 to 10 bridal makeups in one muhoortham. My thing is that they should be very Frank that the main makeup artist is not available and tell openly that other ppl are available..if brides are okay with the other ppl they can go.but they should not book a bride by saying the main women is available.This is literally cheating the customers!!! Worst behaviour!!!!!

Valuable to money. Budget friendly packages. Anu is a friendly MUA I did my maternity photo shoot makeup with her. Makeup stayed for hours in rain and sweat. I highly recommend Sana's bridal boutique. Managers were very organised and I am very satisfied with the whole service.

Hi I did my makeup 7 months ago in May 2025. Now only I get time to give a review for my makeover. Makeup is okay and it's good in camera clicks. What I asked she did it. But I get highly disappointed in two things 1. I asked my makeup artist to be in the venue at 4 am because it's early morning temple muhuratam 6.30am but she came to the venue almost near by 5 am so makeup time was reduced so she did everything in rush. 2. I take sanas signature makeup look with jewel set and flowers . Flowers are good but jewel set condition too worst in back side of jewel totally rust out and small damage in front side and netti chuti is totally it's fade in colour and back side it's rust out.Thank god I have alternative jewels so I used it on that time.My request kindly give jewels to brides in good condition. Because all of us totally trust you and at last min no one can't do anything. But cost wise I feel little bit high for this makeover. I added damaged jewel pic below.
