Worst experience I've ever had. Not delivering the dress on time, telling lies that dress is ready you can come and collect it but when I go it's still in pending. I went to the shop by seeing their insta account only. The dress came out was not meeting my expectation level. I told one they did one. Moreover reacting to customer in a rude way. Stop trusting the account's blindly guys..

Very worst customer service. Not responding well. Given one design and they have stitched another design .Getting huge amount of money but service is not even good. Too bad customer experience.

Stitching is not the same always. delivery is never on time. Not bothered about customers. if we enquire wheather the dress is ready or not on the date mentioned in bill they will call customer as nusense. Very worst customer service. They will change designs also don't inform customer. don't go and stitch. this shop is fully money minded. local tailor shop is so better but pink lady shop is very worst

Worst experience They are commiting one date but not giving on the same date and having irresponsible answers. We gave nelangu function saree and blouse they didn't give both on time. Even bridal blouse we gave one designe they stitched one design due to time constraints it seems..bfr the date only they ll start work Very irresponsible people ..simply they ll commit date. And stitching also very bad even we have given size stitching is not perfect..

Google should include negative ratings as well. Because the reasons below, - The above mentioned designer factory has no patience in listening their customer feedback. - No acceptance of their mistakes/corrections. - They treat their customers (me) as like I had made a mistake, - If you are still conveying your feedbacks, they were not ready to listen. - They take measurements and will not follow the measurements. - After the stitching is completed and if they had done a mistake, they will be complaining your body is not fit for this. - Last but not least, they were having a setup like a modern tailoring service, still not adhering to the delivery date. - Strongly not recommended. Very worst customer service.. no proper responce for customer ..stitching quality also not good... She charged so much cast but stitching quality is not up to the mark... While taking the blouse she told compulsary I ll put knot for aariwork blouse but while delivery time there is no knot and the blouse is not fitting for me first time very worst experience.. local tailor shop is so better but pink lady shop is very worst..don't go there.. that lady attitude was very worst.. I am very disappointed ,totally waste of money and time.

Worst experience. She charges high cost but i never got my clothes stitched perfectly so far. Even though she takes measurements, fit will not be Accurate. Not much skilled and the tailors working with her are not at all skilled. She dont even know what is boat neckIf you want to waste your cloth, you can pay high cost and prefer this tailor. Atleast she has trail room..because she knows she cant make Accurate fit. She can only stitch cotton or silk material. Cant handle poonam. Never got the delivery on time..not even once. She will atleast take 2 weeks time beyond the date mentioned in the bill. Dont waste your time and money. Only outlet is modern, they are not skilled to stitch any material with accurate measurements. If you question on the delayed delivery, she will be saying i shouldn't have taken your order instead of apologizing. Never respects customers feedback. All my blouse i stitched here,will be loose on one shoulder. Never takes ownership or accepts her mistakes.I wouldn't recommend this tailor. And pinklady..this is for you. Business person who never accepts or takes ownership for their mistakes can never have a good growth. You will be losing valuable customers for this attitude. Instead take this as an learning opportunity to grow. Pls commit to your mentioned date first of all. Who needs your delivery if the occasion is already over. I have given dress for my birthday before a month and she only gave it the previous day of my birthday after multiple followups. Be aware people and avoid choosing pinklady for your occasions. You won't get it on time for sure.
