Extremely pathetic service. My friend and I went for hair styling. We wanted to do soft curls. The lady who did it has no expertise in her job. Parlour services requires skills and this place has none. We spend 1200+ each for the hair styling. We even showed her the pictures of what we want. And results were: 1. firstly, what she did was not at all similar to what we told her we wanted. We wanted wavy hair with soft curls and she did something else. The hair was left straight with only few curls at the very end (tip of the hair). 2. She used so much of setting spray, so very much that our hair literally became crispy and we were unable to even comb our hair once we got back to our place. 3. The worst part - we reached our home in less than 30 mins as it wasn't far away. And once we got back home and saw our hair, it was almost back to normal. We had to comb a bit, so we combed as one is supposed to with curls (delicately, in the direction of of the curls) and we just couldn't do it because of the excessive use of setting spray, and just in one single stroke, all the curls were gone. It was like we never did anything with our hair. Pathetic service. Charged us premium service amount. If you do not have the expertise and skills to run such salon services then either shut it down or learn it first. My daughter had Curly hairs which was difficult to comb. After coming to Naturals they made it easy to comb the hairs. Hair is so soft and she didn't have pain during the service. I felt so happy about it. The service rendered was so good.

I recently visited the Natural Salon for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. My stylist was incredibly professional, gentle, and soft-spoken, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. She had been taking her time to explain everything at length starting from the haircut till the styling and made sure I was comfy and satisfied with whatever she did. I decided on going for a short layered cut I'm extremely satisfied with my experience in the Natural Salon, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and welcoming hair-cutting experience.
