I felt so insulted and unwelcome... I called the beauty parlour for beauty training for my daughter. I asked her how much the course cost and what are the things will be taught. She replied rudely, Come here, we can't give this information to you on phone. I requested her just to let me know the amount fees for the course...She said she is not interested to teach me, as iam not willing to go there and told me Rudely to keep down the phone .... I was shocked by her behaviour. Really very bad customer service..the owner should hire someone who is gentle and well mannered.
