I had a Botox hair treatment and A-line bob cut done at this salon a month ago, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. This was my second time getting both the treatment and the haircut, so I expected great results. For the first week, my hair looked fine, likely because it was washed at the salon. However, after washing my hair at home for the first time, the hair at the back and inside started twisting and curling, which was completely unexpected. I followed the salon's instructions and used the shampoo and hair mask they recommended, which cost nearly as much as the treatment itself and they were purchased from the salon. Despite my efforts, the curling issue remained. I contacted the salon to express my concern, but I received no response even after a month. Overall, I feel like I've wasted my money and was misled. I would advise others to be cautious before booking any treatments at this salon. I have attached a few pictures which were clicked a week after the hair treatment.

Dont take any keratine shine treatment from them, I paid 7000 rs and took treatment in last week of november 2024, I got huge hairfall after this and my hair looking so dull no shine no smoothness nothing, I asked them clearly do this kera shine only if I will not get the hairfall and for straight smooth hair and they promised this but my hair is not at all looking straight or smooth. they just charge high to make money they dont care about your hair at all. I really want my money back. also don't trust their 10k scheme you will not able to get the 50% discount they will not let you take this. Girls dont take this keratine shine service you will waste your money here in this salon.

Worst Experience Ever! I took a package at Habib Parlour three months ago, and initially, the service was excellent, and the staff was professional. However, over time, their service has gone from poor to the absolute worst. The staff keeps changing every month, and the consistency in service is completely lost. I had a preferred staff member for my services, but he left, and the replacements were nowhere near skilled. Every time I ask for a specific haircut or shave, they do something entirely different or not to perfection. The lady at the front desk is highly unprofessional and has no sense of customer service. When I requested a refund for my package due to the declining service quality, I was bluntly told that it was not possible. When selling the package, they made it seem like I would be getting top-tier services, but In reality, they gave the services like Somalia. The experience is worse than I can imagine--completely unprofessional, frustrating and a waste of money. I strongly advise against visiting this Habib Parlour. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers!

What a terrible experience! I went to this franchise for a hair spa, facial, waxing, and pedicure, expecting professional care--but it was a complete disaster. My hair felt awful after the spa, rough and greasy instead of nourished. When I raised my concerns, the beautician Manvi and her colleagues dismissed them, insisting that a hair spa doesn't improve texture or volume. To make matters worse, their careless service led to a painful waxing session where they actually burned a patch of my skin. Despite having a membership, I can't imagine returning here unless I have absolutely no other choice.
